ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT/ADMINISTRATOR, KENYA AIDS VACCINE INITIATIVE – INSTITUTE OF CLINICAL RESEARCH – AD/3/67/20 (1 POST) (CHS)

 

Job description

The applicant must be in a position to carry out accounting work and administrative work in consultation with the accountant and the administrator of the Institute.

 

The applicant should be in a position to reconcile bank accounts, run petty cash accounts and make payments. In addition to that we expect the applicant to have administrative skills and be able to run a site office independently.

 

Qualifications

  • B.Com with accounting option or equivalent
  • At least CPA II or equivalent
  • Must have Knowledge of spread sheets and data base management.
  • Must be conversant with the use of QuickBooks accounting package.

 

Experience

At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
